I noticed that two seashells were about the same shape, so I embedded them in a blue art glass box and added small chain around the open top rim  for the bubbles in the sea.

You can use this as a standalone box or combine it with items from the Desk and Vanity Set Collections.

I got the idea for this jewelry box when I found scallop shells in a thrift store. I built the glass box around the shape of the shell and matched glass to complement the shell colors. I attached the shell with wire hinges and made the flat bottom mirrored.

I found a freestanding photo display frame in the thrift shop and replaced the clear glass with deep blue, blue green textured, and green wavy textured glass using the copper foil method. This organic design grew out of the scrap art glass and the shape of the photo display frame.

Blue Vision measures 5 inches wide, 9 inches tall, 2.5 inches deep, and weighs 13 ounces.

I built this piece from a repurposed photo display rack for a desk that came with clear glass in each of the four sides and a test tube like bud vase in the middle. I filled the sides with panels shaped from my glass scrap bins. I added a butterfly made of jewels and a dangling chain and created flowers on long stems for the bud vase.

Bud Vase measures 6 inches wide, 15 inches tall, 8 inches deep, and weighs 2 pounds, 15 ounces.

One of my first art glass pieces built without glass cuts. I assembled the piece from interestingly shaped glass from other projects. The design grew organically from the shapes of the reused glass and very little cutting was done. Foil and lead techniques were used in the assembly, and it rests on an included tabletop easel.

I bought a few small ornament hangers but didn't really know what to do with them until I got the idea to use one to display a crystal I repurposed from an old lamp. I surrounded the crystal with two tall panes of textured clear glass and one pane of textured white glass with a border of clear jewels.

I found a slightly bent standalone wine bottle holder in a thrift shop and attached clear glass circles in various patterns to represent rain, snow, frost on a windowpane. I surrounded the 'windows' with green glass leaves climbing twisted copper wire tendrils. A three inch square candle fits inside perfectly.

These Are Leaves measures 6-1/4 inches wide, 16 inches tall, 5 inches deep, and weighs 2 pounds 15 ounces.

I found a serving dish with a spiral pattern and it reminded me of a whirlpool, so I surrounded it with blue glass (water) and gems (bubbles).

I cut a 13x13 inch lavender glass panel along the patterns in the glass. To me, it looks like a winter tree, but others have seen birds.
